Hiram’s in Sebastian and on two very special women...Eva Chapman and Michelle Morris...who dedicate seven months of planning and hard work to bring us THE BLUE WATER OPEN....to those of us attending it may look like it’s all about fun, family, fishing and healthy competition....the true purpose and what motivates Eva and Michelle is the money they raise to give back to our community....OUR SINCERE THANKS to Eva and Michelle for their tireless efforts....You may not be able to see us, Eva and Michelle, but John, Jennifer and I are standing up, clapping and cheering and giving you both a well-deserved standing ovation...thank you for making Indian River County such a special place to call home....
